This Refund Policy outlines our approach to refunds and disputes for repair services provided by Laptop Repair Innyc.
Diagnostic fees, where charged, are non-refundable once the assessment has been completed and communicated, regardless of whether the customer proceeds with repair.
If a repair does not resolve the original issue, we will re-examine the device at no additional labour charge within 14 days of collection. If we are unable to resolve the original issue, a refund of labour cost may be issued at our discretion. Parts costs are non-refundable where parts have been installed.
Supplied parts carry a 30-day warranty. Failed parts within this period due to component defect will be replaced at no cost. This does not cover physical damage or liquid exposure after collection.
